Around 5:30 pm I was taking my her right outside my apartment to just stroll around. The neighbor and her tiny dog was let out and scared her and she slipped out of her harness in panic and she ran. I normally take her out very shortly and when no one is out, as she was most likely abused before I got her and very skittish around anyone that's not me. She is about 1 1/2 years old, in good health, and in heat. She doesn't have a collar or is chipped as I haven't had a chance/finances to do so, since I just moved to the area 2 months ago. A distinct "feature" is that her 1 ear is bent over from a previous injury she got before coming to my family's property in Northwest WI. Picture is what her true color looks like, more of a sandy orange color with more green-ish colored eyes.
