The Dodge County Humane Society, Inc. is located just south of the intersection of highways 26 and 33, two miles north of Juneau, Wisconsin. Our phone number is 920/386-0000. Everyone at the shelter loves friendly faces and we have lots of great adoptable pets looking for forever homes. We also offer rewarding opportunities to volunteer, join our fundraising team, and provide foster care to our shelter pets. DCHS Annual Fish & Chicken Dinner
Join Us at the Juneau Community Center
Get your tickets now for the Annual DCHS Fish & Chicken Dinner at the Juneau Community Center, March 19, 4:30-7:00 p.m. All you can eat dinners are $9.00 in advance; $10 at the door; children (5-11) $7 in advance; $8 at the door. Kids four and under dine at no charge. Advance tickets available at the Shelter, Jensen's Piggly Wiggly in Juneau, or Recheks Food Pride in Beaver Dam. Silent Auction and 50/50 Raffle throughout the evening; you need not be present to claim your auction item. All proceeds directly benefit the animals at the Dodge County Humane Society. Schedule a Visit to the DCHS
The animals and staff at the Dodge County Humane Society love to meet friendly faces for tours and visits throughout the week at our large, beautiful shelter. We're open to the public Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Saturday mornings for one-hour tours including presentations and play time with our family of wonderful cats, dogs and other adoptable animals. To schedule a special visit for your school group, civic organization or community club, please call 920/386-0000.
If You Need to Re-Home Your Pet
We're Here to Help
Sometimes it becomes necessary to consider rehoming your pet. We know this can be a difficult decision and we're here to help if you need to surrender your pet so that he or she can find a new home.
Our fees are $100 for dogs; $75 for cats; and $25 for domestic rodents, birds, and reptiles. All adult owners must be present to provide signatures and we ask that you schedule the surrender appointment 24 hours in advance by calling us at 920/366-0000.
